 FOR
The Brief

Over a three-month production period, I managed the end-to-end coordination of three major publications: the annual Vision City Guide, the summer issue of Côte Basque Madame, and a dedicated Basque Country feature for Vivre Paris.

Together, these projects represented hundreds of pages of editorial and advertising content, nearly one hundred advertorials, more than one hundred advertisers, and a large network of journalists, photographers, designers, and clients, all working toward strict print deadlines.

Behind The Scenes

My role sat at the intersection of editorial production, advertising coordination, client management, and workflow organization.

On the advertising side, I managed dozens of client accounts, coordinating artwork collection, technical requirements, revisions, approvals, and final delivery for print production.

On the editorial side, I coordinated journalists, scheduled interviews, organized client photoshoots, tracked content production, reviewed materials, and ensured every article, image, and layout was ready for publication. I also managed client communications throughout the approval process and acted as the main link between contributors and the graphic designer.

Beyond the magazines themselves, I coordinated a fashion photoshoot involving numerous local brands and boutiques, supported event organization, launched newsletter initiatives, updated website content, translated nearly 230 pages of editorial content into English, and trained an intern who assisted with production during the busiest stages of the cycle.

The Final Cut

Despite extremely tight timelines and a fast-moving environment, all publications were delivered on schedule and successfully reached print.

The experience pushed me to quickly understand complex workflows, improve existing processes, manage large volumes of simultaneous tasks, and coordinate a wide network of contributors without losing sight of deadlines.

It remains one of the most intensive production experiences of my career so far, combining editorial management, advertising coordination, client relations, event support, translation, and team supervision within a single production cycle.
