The Brief
Launching a new osteopathy practice means starting from zero: no established reputation, limited visibility, and strong competition from practitioners already present in the region.
The objective was to create a professional digital presence that would help potential patients discover the practice, understand Lucie's expertise, and feel confident booking an appointment. The website also needed to support local SEO across multiple service areas, including both her clinic and home-visit zones.

I developed the website strategy, structure, content, and user experience from the ground up.
Because healthcare decisions are largely based on trust and reassurance, a significant part of the project involved researching patient expectations, common questions, and the information people look for before booking a practitioner. I translated complex osteopathy topics into clear, accessible content while optimizing the site for search visibility.
Alongside website creation, I refined the visual identity, implemented SEO foundations, connected appointment booking tools, and structured the site to serve different patient groups, from athletes and parents to seniors and newborns.
